Surgical Services Director

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Surgical Services Director! Bonus Incentive Program and Full Relocation!

Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. Fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

• 13 ORs + 2 endo suites
• Level II Trauma
• Ortho, Neurosurgery, CV, general, urology, GYN, GYN Onc, ENT, podiatry, pediatrics, vascular
• 3 XI robots
• 30-35 cases/day
• Director reports to the Hospital COO
• 3 managers under Director
• 120 FTEs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
• Master's Degree Preferred
• 2+ years of Recent Acute Care leadership of Surgical Services Required
