Fecha de publicación: 14 de agosto de 2025 Sueldo: $52,000.00 - $82,000.70 al año Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical Technician to join our Main Operating Room team at a leading medical center located near Liberty Lake, WA. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, assisting during procedures, and ensuring high standards of sterile technique are maintained. The ideal candidate is a graduate of a registered surgical technologist program with strong experience in hospital-based surgical care. Duties Prepare and set up sterile tables with instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures Assist the surgeon during operations by passing instruments and maintaining sterile technique Handle instruments and equipment post-procedure, ensuring proper care and cleaning Serve in various technician roles, including Case Cart Tech, Turnover Team, or Service Line Tech Support the circulating RN as needed and help ensure smooth patient flow through the OR Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital surgical setting Previous experience functioning in surgical technician roles in high-acuity environments preferred Qualifications Graduate of a Registered Surgical Technician program (required) Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration (required upon hire) Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required upon hire) Authorized to work in the U.S. Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance may be available for ideal candidates) What We Offer Comprehensive health benefits Paid parental leave, vacation, holidays, and health-related time off Life and disability insurance Access to wellness programs and voluntary benefits Inclusive and mission-driven work environment focused on whole-person care Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
