Sushi Cook. Northwood Hospitality LLC d/b/a Cheeca Lodge & Spa (Islamorada, FL). Temporary, F/T job from 11/13/2024 – 09/09/2025. Min. 35 hrs/week. Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Duties: Responsible for cleaning and preparing raw fish according to traditional Japanese sushi and sashimi style; cooking and preparing Japanese food; make sushi rolls, and sashimi plates; and ensure freshness of food, ingredients, and raw materials by checking for quality.

Requirements: Six (6) months of experience in a sushi preparation environment required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required.
