We are looking for an experienced, proactive Systems Engineer & Integration (SE&I) professional with leadership/management expertise and the ability to integrate systems/segments/elements in acquisitions followed by Transition-to-Operations (TTO) to the Joint Force for the Air Force / Army Anti-jam Modem (A3M) program. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter capable of autonomous, on-the-job, learning/growth while working in a collaborative environment of small teams. Join our high-functioning, high-performing MSEIT Sustainment Integrated Product Team (IPT) and be an important part of directly and positively affecting Joint and Allied combat readiness as they employ MILSATCOM and NC3 space systems, terminals and software applications worldwide during full spectrum military operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement integration strategies to successfully integrate SATCOM systems, segments (Ground, Space, Crypto, Terminals), subsystems, elements, and components

• Apply Systems-of-Systems Engineering principles across satellite, terminal, network, cyber, and cryptographic components

• Manage technical baselines among multiple stakeholders (government & industry); assess impacts of technical changes on enterprise-level mission capabilities
