SW Quality Assurance Engineer - Automotive

Job Description Understands and analyzes customer and design requirements, including identifying gaps or missing information needed to perform testing activities. Participates in defining the testing concepts for the project. Design system Validation Test Plan (test cases, test groups, automation scripts …) based on customer and/or design requirements. Execution of System Validation Test Plan, analysis of test results, and report findings on defect management tool. Performs hardware analysis and debugging for the System-Under-Test and testing environment. Ensures readiness for technical reviews and performs technical reviews on validation test plans, scripts, and results. Participates in providing project system validation estimation and technical risk assessment. Coordinate full project validation technical activities when assigned. Participate in the improvement of the test environment to improve quality and efficiency. Requirements 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. CANoe tool experience is a must. Excellent command of the English language is a must. The German Language is a plus. Strong knowledge of system architecture and testing techniques. Experience with C, C++ and CAPL Different levels of ISTQB certificates are a plus.
