Imagine finishing your shift and heading to the beach in Crete, or exploring the history of Athens and Thessaloniki. We're recruiting Swedish speakers for a customer experience team that supports leading international brands in e-commerce, fashion, travel, tech, delivery platforms, money transfer and premium home appliances.

Work on-site in one of three Greek locations, or remotely in selected teams.

What You'll Do

• Be the first voice: support Swedish-speaking customers and partners by phone, chat and email
• Keep things moving: help with orders, deliveries, returns, bookings, payments and accounts
• Make it right: process claims, refunds and complaints
• Fix the tech: troubleshoot products, devices, appliances and online services
• Own the outcome: escalate complex cases and follow up until they're resolved
• Stay sharp: document every interaction accurately in the CRM
  
  
  

You're a Great Fit If You

• Speak Swedish at native or C1 level, with English at B2 (C1 for some teams)
• Listen well, ask the right questions and communicate clearly
• Solve problems with empathy and a customer-first mindset
• Are comfortable working across several systems
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have customer service experience? Great, but it's not required for most positions

• Location: Athens, Thessaloniki or Chania (Crete), Greece, on-site or remote depending on the opening
• 8-month contract with potential for extension
• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts in some teams
