WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team, you will be involved in maintaining the platform and carrying out security monitoring activities for a European Commission project whose mission is to provide secure satellite communication services to authorised government users across the European Union Member States.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Performing SecOps activities, including preventive, corrective, and planned platform maintenance.
• Monitoring the security of the system and executing operational procedures to ensure the effective detection of potential security incidents.
• Applying security patches and vulnerability mitigations relevant to the system.

This is a 100% on-site position based at our offices in Tres Cantos (Madrid), and night-shift availability is required.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Operator with training and interest in:

• Security monitoring
  
• Network protocols and architectures
• Ansible and/or Terraform

We will also value:

• A good level of English
• Cybersecurity knowledge
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux
• Availability to work night shifts.
