PROJECT

Join an automotive engineering team responsible for the development and implementation of vehicle functions and features.

As a System Engineer – Feature Owner, you will take end-to-end responsibility for assigned features — from customer requirements and technical specifications through implementation and coordination to testing, calibration, and final delivery. You will work closely with software and test engineers, internal engineering teams, suppliers, and the customer.

YOU WILL

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned vehicle features, ensuring correct alignment, implementation, testing, and delivery
• Analyse customer requirements and technical specifications
• Define feature parameters, functionality, and technical requirements based on customer expectations
• Create and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functions
• Coordinate engineering teams, different competencies, and external vendors to ensure successful feature implementation
• Work closely with software and test engineers throughout the development process
• Analyse feature performance during test drives and vehicle testing
• Support calibration and tuning of the final feature for the corresponding vehicle line
• Participate in system reviews, technical discussions, and project meetings
• Maintain direct communication with the customer regarding technical and project-related topics
• Support technical innovations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure engineering activities are delivered according to required quality standards and project schedules

MUST HAVE

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Good understanding of electronics and electronic measurement fundamentals
• Familiarity with microcontrollers and software programming
• Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving
• Very good English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness and ability to travel

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with automotive electronics
• Previous experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of ADAS systems and vehicle features
• Knowledge of Functional Safety (FuSa)
• Basic knowledge of Python
