Is this job info correct?

Every day, millions of vehicle owners depend on dealership service departments to keep them on the road. We build the software that helps those service teams communicate with customers, schedule repairs, approve work, collect payments, and deliver a better experience from start to finish.

myKaarma is a leading SaaS platform serving dealerships across North America. Headquartered in Long Beach, California, with a global team, we're growing by solving real operational problems with practical technology.

We believe the best ideas come from people who take ownership, question how things can be improved, and care deeply about the customer experience. If you're excited to build products that have measurable impact, we'd love to meet you.

Role Description:
myKaarma is looking for a hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help us identify and hire exceptional talent as we continue to grow in India.

This role is well suited for someone who combines the energy and execution needed for high-volume recruiting with the judgment, organization, and technical fluency required to recruit for a growing software company. You will own searches from initial planning through offer acceptance while also building scalable programs for campus hiring, employee referrals, interview events, and candidate assessment.

The right person is a strong recruiter and project manager; someone who can turn a hiring goal into a clear plan, coordinate many moving pieces, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and create an excellent candidate experience.

How to Stand Out:
This role requires more than strong recruiting fundamentals. We are looking for a technical thinker who can diagnose difficult hiring challenges, test new approaches, and create experiences that make exceptional candidates want to join myKaarma.

Here is an example of the type of scenario we may explore:

Question: You need to hire 25 high-quality software engineers within 90 days, but myKaarma has limited employer-brand awareness in a highly competitive market. Job postings and traditional outreach are not producing enough qualified candidates. How would you approach the challenge?

What will help you stand out: First, I’d work backward from 25 hires in 90 days to establish the required hiring pace, or takt time, and map the recruiting funnel to identify the constraint.

I might create a recurring myKaarma Engineering Challenge Day. We would invite a curated group of engineers to solve a realistic, sanitized product problem alongside members of our engineering team. Candidates would experience how we work, meet future colleagues, and demonstrate their technical thinking through the work itself.

The event would combine assessment, employer branding, and interviews into one structured experience, with standardized evaluation criteria and same-day decisions. After each event, I would review conversion data and candidate feedback, identify where candidates stalled or disengaged, and improve the next session.

The goal would be to create a repeatable hiring system that improves speed and quality while giving strong engineers an experience they would talk about, even if they were not hired.

We are not looking for one “right” answer. We want to see how you break down the problem, use data to identify constraints, and develop solutions beyond standard recruiting tactics. Ultimately, we want to understand how you would make myKaarma a company talented people actively compete to join.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for software, technology, and other priority roles in India.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, interview plans, and selection criteria.
  • Build and manage campus recruiting programs, including university partnerships, hiring events, assessments, interview days, and offer coordination.
  • Design and execute high-volume recruiting initiatives such as referral campaigns, pre-hire testing, recruiting drives, and structured interview days.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that create strong, diverse pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, campus relationships, professional networks, and other channels.
  • Evaluate candidates for both technical capability and alignment with myKaarma’s hiring standards.
  • Maintain recruiting plans, timelines, candidate data, and stakeholder updates across multiple concurrent searches.
  • Coordinate interview teams and ensure candidates move through the process efficiently and consistently.
  • Use recruiting data to assess pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely information in our applicant tracking system.
  • Represent myKaarma at campus programs, recruiting events, and company locations as needed.
  • Help strengthen and standardize recruiting practices as the company scales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least five years of recruiting experience, with a meaningful focus on software, technology, and campus hiring.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruiting programs, such as interview days, campus drives, referral campaigns, or pre-hire assessment processes.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to engage credibly with candidates and hiring managers; prior technical education or professional experience is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to organize complex initiatives, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Clear, proactive written and verbal communication.
  • Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple searches and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; experience with Rippling is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate recruiting data.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% for campus recruiting, hiring events, or on-site collaboration.

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds, so we encourage you to apply if you meet some but not all of the listed qualifications. Skills can be learned—we also value curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to grow.
