Talent Advisor
Northern Star Mining Services is seeking a Talent Advisor to join our Kalgoorlie team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support operations across Western Australia, sourcing and attracting talent for trades and underground mining positions.
This residential Kalgoorlie-based role is suited to someone with strong administration, communication, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Talent Advisor
- Location: Kalgoorlie WA - centrally located office
- Employment Type: Fulltime 12-Month fixed term contract
- Roster: 5:2/4:3 Roster, 10hr Days
What you'll be doing
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Coordinate compliance and pre-employment checks.
- Facilitate group recruitment activities.
- Lead site mobilisation and onboarding.
- Source talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Build talent pipelines and candidate networks.
- Represent Northern Star at recruitment events and career fairs.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential – a passion for people and recruitment counts!
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Current Australian “C” Class Manual Driver’s Licence.
