About the Team Our founding team consists of IOI/IPhO olympiad medalists, Stanford professors, ex-CTO of Synopsys, and our business leadership has scaled revenue in their previous companies to over $1.5bn. At Voltai, we are combining the world’s best talent in the intersection of software and hardware. Key Responsibilities Operationalize building a world class team. Own the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and onboarding. Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals. Own Candidate experience and coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Help with onboarding tasks, including preparing offer letters, managing background checks, and assisting new hires with their onboarding process. Required Skill Sets Experience in full-cycle recruiting , ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. Proficiency in sourcing candidates, job boards, and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication skills , with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new tasks. Ability to influence hiring processes and decisions using data . High Standards First principle thinking Nice-to-Have Previous experience in a startup environment or high-growth company. Experience partnering closely with executives .
