Role Description The Taping/Rewinding Machine Operator (Taping/Rewinding 2000) role is a full-time, on-site position located in Al Saudia. The role involves operating and monitoring taping and rewinding machinery, setting machine parameters, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring smooth, continuous production. Daily responsibilities include checking machine functions, performing basic adjustments, using appropriate hand tools for minor maintenance, and following safety and operational procedures. The operator inspects finished rolls or taped products for defects, maintains quality standards, and records production data as required. Collaboration with supervisors and maintenance teams to report issues, follow instructions, and support efficient workflow is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in cable manufacturing plants and Good English Communication skills are essential.
• Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills and experience working with taping/rewinding or similar industrial Machinery.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including inspecting products, identifying defects, and adhering to production standards.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with Hand Tools for basic adjustments, cleaning, and routine machine upkeep.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, maintenance staff, and team members.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials safely, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and willingness to use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Basic literacy and numeracy; previous experience in taping/rewinding operations or similar machinery is an advantage.
