About the Role As an AI Engineer at Accordance, you will develop and ship best-in-class AI solutions and iterate based on customer feedback from our users. You will work closely with our Finance & Accounting Research and Product teams to build optimized systems that deliver value to our customers. We are looking for individuals with past AI / ML experience that are excited about building the agentic professional services systems of the future. The role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use an in-person work model and offer relocation assistance to new employees. Responsibilities Product Iteration: Build novel AI-native workflows end-to-end, finding the balance between state-of-the-art and pragmatism. Stability: Deeply understand customer needs and identify product improvements, evaluating and improving our systems over time. Large Scale Data Processing: Work with a variety of large, unstructured data sources to develop our products. Prototyping: Identify new opportunities for AI solutions based on client needs, and set the direction and roadmap required to implement them. Evaluation: Design and implement analytics-driven evaluation systems that enable product growth. Qualifications Candidates should have 2+ YoE (post-BS/MS) in an AI / ML role.
