Role Description This is a full-time, on-site teaching role based in United Arab Emirates. The Teacher will design and deliver lessons that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives for students preparing to study or currently studying in the United Arab Emirates. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs. The Teacher will maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment, use a variety of teaching methods and educational resources, and collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practices. Additional tasks may include participating in staff meetings, contributing to academic planning, and maintaining accurate records of student performance.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience delivering structured lessons in a classroom setting.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design effective learning activities and support student development.
• Excellent Communication skills for explaining concepts clearly, engaging students, and collaborating with families and colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification or relevant training is preferred.
• Experience teaching diverse student groups and commitment to inclusive, learner-centered practices.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics, maintain discipline, and create a respectful learning environment.
• Familiarity with curriculum standards relevant to the United Arab Emirates education system is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
