As part of the new ASML Business Services Germany organization, we are creating a new Vendor Operations team that supports the purchase and payment processes for a broad range of non-product-related goods and services. From office supplies and professional services to large-scale production equipment, the team plays a key role in ensuring smooth business operations. This position offers the opportunity to unite colleagues from Procurement and Finance into one high-performing team and help establish a new organization during a period of significant transformation.
Role and responsibilities
As a Team Lead Vendor Operations, you will:
- lead, develop, and unite a team of approximately 10 professionals from Procurement and Finance into one high-performing organization
- define and communicate a clear team mission, vision, and priorities that support business objectives and operational excellence
- ensure reliable and compliant execution of Accounts Payable and operational purchasing activities within the Purchase-to-Pay process
- foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders in a broad international environment
- monitor operational performance, prioritize workloads, and ensure service delivery against agreed targets
- identify improvement opportunities and drive sustainable process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives
- act as a key contributor to organizational change and transformation activities while helping establish the new operating model
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or a related field
- Experience in Procurement operations, Accounts Payable, Finance operations or a comparable transactional business environment
- Experience leading teams, coordinating people, or demonstrating clear leadership responsibility in a professional setting
- Experience working with ERP systems and digital business applications in a structured operational environment
- Experience in an international or shared services environment
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Von Büroausstattung über externe Dienstleistungen bis hin zu Produktionsanlagen trägt das Team wesentlich dazu bei, reibungslose Geschäftsabläufe sicherzustellen. Die Position bietet die Möglichkeit, Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Einkauf und Finance in einem gemeinsamen leistungsstarken Team zusammenzuführen und den Aufbau einer neuen Organisation in einer Phase bedeutender Veränderung aktiv mitzugestalten.
Deine Aufgaben
Als Team Lead Vendor Operations wirst du:
- ein Team von rund 10 Mitarbeitenden aus den Bereichen Einkauf und Finance führen, weiterentwickeln und zu einer leistungsstarken Organisation zusammenführen.
- eine klare Teamvision, Mission und Prioritäten definieren und kommunizieren, die die Unternehmensziele und operative Exzellenz unterstützen.
- die zuverlässige und regelkonforme Durchführung von Kreditorenbuchhaltungs- sowie operativen Einkaufsaktivitäten innerhalb des Purchase-to-Pay-Prozesses sicherstellen.
- die Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern in einem internationalen Umfeld fördern.
- die operative Performance überwachen, Prioritäten setzen und die Einhaltung vereinbarter Serviceziele sicherstellen.
- Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren und nachhaltige Initiativen zur Prozessoptimierung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung vorantreiben.
- als wesentlicher Treiber von Veränderungs- und Transformationsinitiativen wirken und den Aufbau des neuen Betriebsmodells aktiv unterstützen.
Deine Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Rechnungswesen, Einkauf oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Finanzprozesse oder einem vergleichbaren transaktionsorientierten Geschäftsumfeld.
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams, der Koordination von Mitarbeitenden oder in einer Rolle mit klarer Führungsverantwortung.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und digitalen Geschäftsanwendungen in einem strukturierten operativen Umfeld.
- Erfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld oder einer Shared-Services-Organisation.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
