Our Opportunity North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide the production team leadership, monitor and coordinate production team activities, address open issues, and promote the achievement of established goals for employees working on a particular production process or line through problem solving activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Your Priorities Provides a good example to his/her team members - promoting teamwork Fosters a positive, cooperative, safe, and clean work environment Performs hourly quality and efficiency checks Understands and maintains SOS sheets and 20 Tools Books Provides ongoing training and coaching of operators Promotes communication between departments/shifts with operators and supervisors (i.e.: safety, quality, and production) $23.80 an hour Requirements Your Background High School Diploma or GED, plus 1 - 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
