Guided by evidence-based practice and the principles of harm minimisation, ADS provides a broad range of specialist services that support people experiencing alcohol, tobacco and other drug (ATOD) concerns. Working across a dynamic and highly collaborative environment, you will play a pivotal role in delivering services that improve health outcomes, strengthen recovery pathways and support some of the community’s most vulnerable individuals.

As an ADS Team Manager, you will provide clinical leadership, operational management and professional supervision to a multidisciplinary workforce delivering treatment, assessment, education and support services. You will oversee service planning, governance, quality improvement and performance outcomes while ensuring resources are managed effectively and services remain responsive to community needs. The role requires extensive collaboration with consumers, families, government and non-government agencies, justice partners and healthcare providers to enhance service delivery, strengthen partnerships and support strategic initiatives across the alcohol and other drugs sector.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader with strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills and a commitment to person-centred, recovery-oriented care. You will bring the ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex and sensitive issues, drive service improvement and make evidence-based decisions in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about developing high-performing teams, influencing service innovation and improving outcomes for people affected by substance use, this is an outstanding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a progressive and supportive service.
