Join an international customer support team in Bucharest, helping customers troubleshoot issues with home appliance products while developing your technical and customer service expertise.

What you’ll do:
• Provide technical support to German-speaking customers via phone
• Troubleshoot product and technical issues and guide customers through solutions
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate assistance
• Document cases and customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service targets

What you bring:
✅ German C1
✅ Strong verbal communication and troubleshooting skills
✅ Good technical understanding and computer literacy
✅ Customer service or technical support experience is preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail and organization
✅ Willingness to work on-site in Bucharest for the first 3 months
✅ Legal right to work in Romania
