Technical Product Manager

About the Role

Join an internal product team building AI agents and infrastructure that change how work gets done across a growing company. You will help turn advances in AI into practical systems that handle complex workflows and support collaboration between people and agents.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship internal AI agents that can contribute code, maintain company knowledge, and complete workflows end to end.

• Own context architecture by defining sources of truth and keeping documentation aligned with how the company operates.

• Design integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) services that let agents work with internal tools.

• Create evaluation suites, monitor agent performance, and iterate to improve results.

• Develop infrastructure, interfaces, and operating models for human-agent collaboration as the company grows.

What We're Looking For

• Five to 15 years of experience as a product manager or founder building B2B software products.

• A track record of launching technical B2B SaaS or AI products, ideally including experience at a successful startup.

• Strong product judgment, a first-principles approach, and a hands-on builder mindset.

• Interest in coding agents, agent infrastructure, and applying AI to real-world business workflows.

• A degree from a highly regarded institution.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: USD 175,000 to USD 275,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

Remote within the United States, with New York, New York as the primary location.
