Technical Product Manager

About the Role

Join the product team at an early-stage AI company building tools for data engineering teams. You will shape and launch new capabilities for an agentic data platform, working closely with engineering, design, customers, and go-to-market teams.

What You'll Do

• Develop product strategy and roadmaps by identifying user needs and high-value data engineering use cases.

• Partner with UX designers to create intuitive experiences for native generative AI functionality.

• Work with engineering to scope, build, and launch products for technical users.

• Engage with customers and users to represent their needs in product decisions.

• Support sales and customer teams through enterprise pre-sales and post-sales work.

• Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, pricing, and lead generation.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of product management experience, including work at an early-stage startup.

• Experience building and launching technical products from zero to one, especially for data engineers.

• Knowledge of the modern data stack, such as ELT, data warehousing, dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, or Databricks.

• Experience shipping native generative AI products; familiarity with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI evaluation is valuable.

• Comfort using AI coding tools in day-to-day work and operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

• A technical background, such as a degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
