JOB DESCRIPTION: Rate: $50-55/hr Length 6+ months The Technical Specialist will be responsible for analysis of complex legacy program modules, coding and testing of new and existing modules for major modifications to legacy applications. Must be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC. Currently the team is working remote but once everything shifts back to onsite, candidate is also required to come onsite. Candidate must be able to pick up equipment onsite. Role responsibilities: • Analyze, define, and document requirements for data and business processes • Design, document, and coordinate desired changes to legacy modules • Document the program and project deliverables as assigned • Analyze and estimate feasibility and compatibility with other programs and projects • Provide quality control for project deliverables Please fill out the table below: Must Have: Skill Set Candidates years of experience IBM z/OS experience-10 years COBOL/CICS/DB2 experience-10 years CICS Web Services experience- 5 years ENDEVOR Experience- 10 years CA DB2 Products- 5 years Experience working with state government and DMV Systems- 2 years Experience with Business Systems Analysis-5 years Coding knowledge with .Net
