📍 Location: UAE

💰 Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident on the phone, persuasive, and passionate about generating leads and converting prospects into customers.

✅ Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new leads

✅ Follow up with existing leads and potential customers

✅ Explain company services and offers clearly to customers

✅ Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

✅ Convert calls and inquiries into sales opportunities

✅ Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers

✅ Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets

✅ Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions

✅ Update CRM and track lead progress

✅ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

✔ Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is an advantage

✔ Excellent communication and convincing skills

✔ Confident and professional telephone manner

✔ Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

✔ Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

✔ Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals

✔ Good organizational and reporting skills

✔ Basic computer and CRM knowledge

✔ Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
