We're partnering with a global medical technology leader to recruit a Territory Manager to support its Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio across the Central Coast.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Territory Manager or Clinical Specialist, as well as a Cardiac Physiologist or cardiac professional looking to transition into medical device sales.
The opportunity
You'll build strong relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists and hospital teams across Gosford Public and Gosford Private Hospitals, providing clinical support while driving territory growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing trusted relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
- Delivering product education and clinical and technical support.
- Executing territory strategies to grow market share and achieve commercial objectives.
- Supporting the adoption and effective use of innovative cardiac technologies.
We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in:

- CRM Clinical Specialist roles looking to move into a commercial position.
- Cardiac Physiology, with an interest in transitioning into medical device sales.
- Cath Lab or Theatre based sales, with strong clinical knowledge and relationship-building skills.
You'll be motivated, commercially curious and confident engaging with healthcare professionals. Direct CRM sales experience is advantageous, but we're equally interested in clinically strong candidates with the ambition to succeed in sales.
What's on offer?
- $110,000–$135,000 base salary, plus vehicle allowance & bonus
- The opportunity to join a globally recognised medical technology organisation.
- Specialist product training and development within cardiac rhythm management.
