THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a global industrial engineering leader and take ownership of sales growth across Japan.

We're looking for a commercially driven Territory Sales Manager to develop new business, strategic accounts and channel partnerships across the Japanese manufacturing market.

🔥 YOUR ROLE

• Drive revenue, bookings & margin growth
• Develop and execute the Japan sales strategy
• Win new customers and expand existing accounts
• Build and manage distributor & channel partner networks
• Develop strategic relationships with Japanese manufacturers
• Lead commercial negotiations and customer presentations
• Drive aftermarket & service revenue
• Manage pipeline, forecasts and CRM
• Provide market and competitor intelligence

👤 YOU'LL BRING

• Proven B2B sales / business development experience
• Industrial equipment, industrial tools or related industry experience
• Strong knowledge of the Japanese manufacturing market
• Channel / distributor management experience
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Fluent Japanese + English
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering

⭐ Power Tools, Material Handling or Industrial Equipment experience is highly desirable.
