Job Summary** Responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing tasks and quality checks in a production environment to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of Kohler products. This role operates under direct supervision and contributes to the overall manufacturing process. Job Responsibilities** * Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. * Perform assembly, sub-assembly, and packaging operations for a range of products. * Conduct in-process quality inspections and tests to identify and resolve defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards. * Load and unload materials and products from production lines, ensuring proper material handling and inventory control. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall plant cleanliness and safety. * Follow all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. * Accurately complete production records, logs, and other required documentation. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes. * May perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Job Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. * Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders. * Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate hand tools and power tools. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. * Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime, as required.
