This exciting opportunity is based at our Bourke goat meat processing plant, located on the iconic Darling River in Northwest NSW. You’ll be part of a diverse, high-performing team that lives our values, works with purpose, and is empowered to achieve big things at pace.

As our QA Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring both company and customer satisfaction by upholding the highest standards of food hygiene, product quality, and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellence.

• Operating Efficiencies — Achieve agreed operational performance targets.

• Quality & Licensing Standards — Ensure compliance with company and AQIS licensing requirements.

• Workplace Health & Safety — Maintain & promote safe work practices.

• Team Supervision & Training — Lead, mentor & train QA & production staff.

• Integrated Management System — Implement & maintain the IMS across the site.

• Hygiene & Sanitation — Oversee production hygiene & sanitation compliance.

• Process Monitoring — Ensure processes meet regulatory & customer requirements.

• Product Conformance — Compliance with AUS-MEAT & customer specifications.

• AQIS Compliance — Ensure all AQIS requirements are met & maintained.

• TFIB Standards — Uphold TFIB Quality Systems, HACCP, GMP, IMS, Environmental Management, & training programs.

Experience & Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in the meat or food processing industry

• Knowledge of AUS-MEAT specification standards

• Certificate III in Meat Processing or equivalent

• Understanding of the Meat Hygiene Assessment framework
