Position: Thai Market Promotion Assistant Work Location: Sri Lanka (Onsite) Nationality: Thai National Language : Fluent in Thai and Chinese Salary: Probationary Salary: USD 1,700/month After Probation: USD 2,000–2,200/month , depending on performance Language Requirements: Fluent Chinese and Thai are mandatory , including speaking, reading, and writing. Chinese proficiency must be sufficient for professional communication, translation, and independent administrative work. Organize and verify employee attendance records. Calculate and maintain employee performance and commission data. Assist with Chinese–Thai translation for documents and daily workplace communication. Prepare, organize, and maintain spreadsheets, forms, and statistical reports. Handle other administrative and documentation tasks related to Thai market promotion operations. Job Requirements Thai national. Fluent Chinese and Thai are mandatory , including speaking, reading, and writing. Chinese proficiency must be sufficient for professional communication and independent administrative work. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other commonly used office application s. Strong spreadsheet preparation, data organization, and commission calculation skills. Careful, responsible, organized, and comfortable working with numbers. Good communication, coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration skills. Previous experience in administration, translation, commission calculation, or marketing support is an advantage.
