We are a data-driven social agency focused on effectiveness. Since 2018, we have been developing content with a generous dose of creativity that reaches and converts target audiences. With deep platform-specific knowledge and expertise, along with data insights into consumer search and viewing behavior, we are the partner for brands looking to generate attention, increase brand preference, and achieve conversions on social media. We develop YouTube and TikTok content, digital-first commercials, influencer campaigns, and creative concepts, among others.
With offices in Amsterdam, Stockholm, Cape Town, and Warsaw, we have an international network of clients, including Prime Video, GAMMA, bol, and KPN. Our cases have been internationally awarded with, among others, SAN Awards, ADCN Lamps, Effie Awards, The YouTube Works, The Webby Awards, The Global Search Awards, and The European Video Awards.

The Year Abroad program: what is it?

With our Year Abroad program, we offer young talents the chance to get experience working abroad at our office in Cape Town. You will be trained to become a real expert within our field of video marketing and the world of YouTube. You do this while working with our awesome South African colleagues and growing your personal skills. It basically is an opportunity to exchange talent, learn from each other’s culture and to grow as an individual. In the end, there's an opportunity to join one of our offices for the long-run, how cool is that?!

The Year Abroad program lasts for 12 months. You will work closely with the team in South Africa as well as your colleagues in The Netherlands.

Next to professional growth you will have the chance to have the time of your life in the mesmerising country of South Africa.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for social-first creatives at the start of their careers who are excited by scripting, storytelling and post-production, not on-set filming. You’re someone who enjoys shaping ideas on paper and in the edit, understands how content needs to work on platforms like YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, and isn’t afraid of timelines, feedback and iterations. You have at least an educational degree, a strong interest in social media and digital culture, and you’re curious, proactive and comfortable collaborating with international teams. If you care more about the hook, the structure and the final cut than holding a camera on set, you will right in.

➤ We take care of your plane tickets and all the administrative stuff, like a visa. You take care of your housing and living expenses.

Due to the exchange visa that this programme is based on we can unfortunately only accept applicants under the age of 25 at time of travel.
