Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Timekeeper to maintain accurate manpower attendance, timesheets, working hours, overtime, and absence records. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with site supervisors and management to ensure timely and accurate manpower documentation and reporting.

Previous experience in transportation, logistics, shipping, construction, infrastructure, or project-based environments will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily manpower attendance and records.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly timesheets.
• Record working hours, overtime, and absences accurately.
• Coordinate with site management regarding manpower deployment and attendance.
• Maintain proper manpower documentation and reports.
• Submit accurate daily records for site verification and approval.
• Previous experience in construction/infrastructure projects is preferred.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Timekeeper or in a similar manpower/timekeeping role.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, shipping, construction, infrastructure, or project-based environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manpower attendance, timesheets, working hours, overtime, and absence records.
• Good MS Excel skills with the ability to maintain attendance trackers and reports.
• Strong documentation, organization, and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site supervisors and management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily reporting deadlines.
• Candidates with previous experience handling large manpower teams will be preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
