VACANCY | SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – BUILDING PROJECTS | DUBAI

We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, UAE, supporting the commercial delivery of major building construction projects.

Key requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Commercial Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with a consultant in Dubai – mandatory.

Strong knowledge of Dubai construction practices
Familiarity with relevant authority requirements, including DM, DCD, DEWA, RTA and Trakhees.
Good knowledge of POMI, NRM, SMM or recognised measurement standards
Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation and communication skills
MRICS or equivalent is an advantage
