Your tasks Support the engineering, maintenance, and implementation of electrical systems and related equipment across refinery, terminal, pipeline, and project environments. Ensure electrical engineering activities comply with state-of-the-art practices, applicable E&I standards, engineering norms, and company best practices. Assist in developing and implementing electrical engineering solutions for routine maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and capital projects. Prepare and support technical specifications, tender documents, and engineering deliverables for maintenance, turnaround, and investment projects. Contribute to equipment availability, reliability, and long-term design strategies for electrical systems and associated equipment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineering partners, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions. Support project execution by assisting with technical decision-making, configuration of electrical solutions, and implementation of non-standard project tasks. Assist in evaluating, introducing, and deploying new technologies for electrical distribution, protection, and auxiliary systems. Support digitalization initiatives, predictive maintenance activities, KPI monitoring, reporting, and contractor performance management. Promote and comply with HSSE requirements and the OMV Group Management System (OGMS), including adherence to defined processes, regulations, and controls. Your profile Master's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline. First professional experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, or project execution. Knowledge of European electrical engineering design standards, norms, and industry best practices. Hands-on experience with electrical systems and related equipment in an industrial environment. Understanding of maintenance strategies, engineering processes, and capital project activities within the electrical engineering field. Good German and English skills. Unlock your potential.
