We are seeking a Bilingual Travel Advisor / Customer Service Advisor to join our Athens office, providing world-class support and solutions to our customers.
Your Role
As a Bilingual Travel Advisor, you will:
- Respond to and log customer inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain meticulous records of consumer feedback and questions in the customer services database.
- Handle client complaints efficiently, following the company's escalation policy.
- Resolve support calls and emails within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot issues using system knowledge, support documentation, and analytical questioning.
- Provide proactive recommendations to solve common problems and improve customer experience.
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Native or fluent in Dutch.
- Proficient in English (C1 level).
- Skilled problem-solvers with strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Hold a High School Diploma or higher.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: €1,500 gross per month x 14 salaries.
- Performance Bonus: Recognizing your dedication and results.
- Relocation Support:
- 3 weeks' accommodation in a premium hotel near the office.
- €300 relocation allowance for candidates moving from abroad (first payment included).
- Contract:
- Permanent for on-site employees.
- Possibility of remote work anywhere in Greece (6-month renewable contracts).
- Insurance: Private Health & Life Insurance.
- Leave: 25 days of annual leave.
- Sundays and public holidays extra 75% per hour, night shift extra 25% per hour
- Working Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day).
- Schedule: Mon–Sun, 08:00–00:00 (rotational).
