Travel Agent- Holidays packages & Tour activities

Role Description

This is a full-time on site role located in Dubai for a Travel Agent managing Holidays packages and tour Activities. You will work closely with clients to plan, book, and provide support for their holiday and tour packages. The role involves facilitating travel packages, destinations, and tour activities, as well as ensuring tour schedules are strategically managed and all bookings are organised and confirmed.

NOTE:

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints. Use this information to create personalised travel itineraries.
• Interact with Hotels, destination, and tour activity suppliers to update on schedules, terms, and rates.
• Create detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities per the client's needs.
• Handle all bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, tours, activities, and other travel-related services.
• Ensure that all arrangements are made efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel experience.
• Assist clients with all necessary travel documents, visas, and travel insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar travel agency role with a focus on hotel bookings, tour activities, travel itineraries, and holiday package management
• Knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, travel products, and tour operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience in working directly with clients.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools.
• Fluency in English is required.

Salary:

AED 2,800/- to AED 3,000/- per month based on Skills and experience.
