Role: Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) providing therapy services to patients recovering from injuries or illness under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities: Assist patients in improving mobility, function, and overall well-being; work in home health settings; follow treatment plans; maintain patient progress documentation; and adhere to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active State License required
PTA certification
Home health experience and HCHB PointCare experience required
BLS Certification may be required

Key Duties: Provide patient-centered care, support recovery and mobility goals, and collaborate with licensed therapists. The role involves working full-time hours during weekdays, with shifts typically from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
