Your mission

Help travelers and hosts enjoy a smoother experience by providing friendly, reliable support and finding solutions when unexpected issues arise.

What you'll do

• Support customers via inbound calls and email
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns using available resources
• Provide clear, thoughtful responses and personalize prepared templates
• Escalate complex cases when needed and help find fair solutions between users
• Manage multiple requests while maintaining high service standards

What you bring

• Spanish – C1
• English – B2
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer-first attitude and attention to detail
• The ability to stay organized and handle different tasks effectively

Previous customer support experience is welcome, but your communication skills and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Working time

8-hours shifts, 24/7, on schedule
