The Treasury Intern/Co-Op will support the Treasury team in managing the company’s cash, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk activities. This role will provide hands-on exposure to corporate finance operations, including cash management, reporting and forecasting, bank account management, investment tracking, debt analysis, and financial reporting.

Potential Project Scope(s):

  • Assisting with daily cash management, positioning and liquidity reporting.
  • Supporting cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
  • Preparing reports on cash balances, investments, and debt portfolios.
  • Helping maintain banking documentation and treasury systems.
  • Analyzing financial data and identifying trends or process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and other business teams on treasury-related initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry Level.

Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and financial reporting.
  • Basic understanding of finance, accounting, cash flow management, and corporate treasury concepts.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:

  • Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle), or financial reporting tools.
  • Experience with data analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or automation tools to support reporting and process improvements

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80 - $22.00/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
