💼 What you'll be doing

As a Trust & Corporate Officer, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of trusts and corporate entities, providing high-quality fiduciary and corporate services to international clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and administering trust and corporate structures in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Acting as a key point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, families, banks, legal advisers and other intermediaries.
• Preparing and reviewing legal and corporate documentation, including resolutions, amendments and trustee correspondence.
• Supporting clients with legal, administrative and regulatory matters.
• Ensuring compliance with KYC, AML and applicable international regulatory frameworks.
• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand existing services.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Amicorp's international network.

🎯 What we're looking for

We're particularly interested in professionals who bring:

• 4+ years of experience in Trust and Estate Law, preferably within fiduciary, legal or financial services.
• A bachelor's degree in Law, Business or a related discipline.
• A STEP qualification, which would be a strong advantage.
• Experience administering trusts and corporate structures.
• Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks, including CRS, FATCA, BEPS, ESR and GAAR.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach to client service.
