Key Responsibilities – Turkish Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Lisbon) Plan, set up, and optimise Google Ads campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring maximum performance across Search, Display, Mobile, and Video channels. Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage bidding strategies to drive cost-efficient, high-impact campaigns tailored to Turkish-speaking markets. Monitor account and campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and deliver actionable insights and reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Utilise Google Ads optimisation solutions to support client goals and improve return on investment (ROI). Proactively identify trends, growth opportunities, and optimisation strategies within client accounts. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google Ads product updates, and best practices in digital marketing. Collaborate with internal departments and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless campaign management and resolve client queries efficiently. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of departmental procedures and ensure policy compliance at all times. Required Qualifications – Google Ads Specialist (Turkish language, Lisbon) Native or fluent proficiency in Turkish, with strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level). 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on Google Ads campaign management. Background in B2B environments and confidence using digital marketing applications (Google Ads, AdWords, Analytics, etc.).
