About The Role

Are you passionate about social media, digital advertising and helping businesses grow online?

Join an international customer experience team in Lisbon and support small and medium-sized businesses using a leading global social media and digital advertising platform.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You'll help business clients understand advertising products, solve account and platform-related issues, and make better use of digital tools to grow their business.

What You'll Do

• Support SMB clients via phone, email and chat
• Assist with self-service advertising products
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
• Help clients solve product and tool-related issues
• Guide customers on using the advertising platform more effectively
• Identify recurring issues and customer trends
• Share product feedback and insights with internal teams
  
  
  

Requirements

• Native Turkish
• English B2 or higher
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Familiarity with social media and online advertising
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Valid Portuguese work authorization is mandatory
  
  
  

Compensation

With company accommodation:

€1,069.22 gross/month total package

Without company accommodation:

€1,360.89 gross/month total package

Holiday allowance, Christmas allowance and meal allowance are included. Additional night/weekend shift allowances may apply.

Schedule

40 hours per week on rotational shifts.
