About the Company

Our client is an AI-powered visual creation platform focused on transforming how people create and share visual content. Through advanced AI image and video generation technologies, our client enables creators to turn ideas into compelling visual stories and creative experiences.

As the company continues to grow, our client is looking for a Senior Product UI/UX Designer to help shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable product experiences for users around the world.

Position Overview

The Senior Product UI/UX Designer will be responsible for driving the end-to-end user experience across our client’s products.

This role requires a strong combination of product thinking, UX design, interaction design, and UI execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment, can bring structure to ambiguous product problems, and is able to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive product experiences.

The designer will work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and company leadership to define product direction, improve user journeys, and deliver high-quality experiences across our client’s AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end UX design process, including user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and final UI execution.
  • Translate user needs, product requirements, and business objectives into clear, intuitive, and engaging product experiences.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and other cross-functional teams to define product direction and prioritize high-impact features.
  • Identify different user scenarios, edge cases, and potential usability issues throughout the product development process.
  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous product challenges by asking the right questions, synthesizing insights, and translating ideas into actionable product requirements.
  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished product designs that balance usability, creativity, and storytelling.
  • Use user research, product feedback, and behavioral insights to continuously improve the product experience.
  • Clearly communicate design rationale, product logic, and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our client’s overall product experience and design standards.
  • Help make complex AI capabilities intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable for everyday users.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, product logic, information architecture, user flows, and user journey design.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate user research, feedback, and product requirements into intuitive product experiences.
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows using Figma or similar design tools.
  • Strong UI design skills with the ability to deliver polished, production-ready interfaces.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to think beyond individual screens and consider the broader user and business experience.
  • Comfortable working with incomplete information and solving ambiguous product problems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and product reasoning.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and company leadership.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a startup, high-growth technology company, or fast-paced product organization.
  • Experience designing consumer-facing digital products.
  • Experience with AI products, creator tools, social platforms, content creation products, or other emerging technology products.
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, visual storytelling, creativity, and digital content creation.
  • Experience working across multiple areas of product design and comfortable operating as a “full-stack” designer.
  • Ability to balance UX strategy, interaction design, product thinking, and pixel-level UI execution.
  • Experience collaborating with global or cross-functional engineering teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded product designer who combines strong UX and product thinking with excellent UI execution.

You should be equally comfortable mapping complex user journeys, building prototypes, refining interaction details, and delivering polished interfaces. You enjoy solving undefined problems, working across functions, and taking ownership beyond the traditional boundaries of a design role.

You are particularly well suited for this position if you enjoy startup environments, are comfortable wearing multiple hats, and want to directly influence product strategy and user experience.

  • Performance-based bonus
  • Equity compensation
  • Estimated total compensation may range approximately from $250,000 – $350,000, depending on experience, level, bonus, and equity package
  • Visa sponsorship available
  • Relocation assistance available, if applicable

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the position.
