We use our insight, flexibility and expanded resources to anticipate the needs of leading tech companies and help them make exceptional connections with top tech talent. 7 or more years of UX/UI design, wireframing, and/or prototyping HTML 5, JavaScript and other broadly used web development technologies (jQuery, html, css) Experience developing in the MERN stack Native app development (iOS, and/or Android, and/or Windows Mobile) Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience Proficiency using versioning tools Thorough knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, flexible team player SQL server / other database query language experience Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle Proficiency programming in more than one object oriented programming language Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio Proficiency using debugging tools High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy Proven leadership abilities including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution, facilitation of open discussions, fairness and displaying appropriate levels of assertiveness Experience using Agile methodology Experience with rapid prototype development Highly collaborative Able to deliver results quickly Bachelor's degree Highlights and benefits We are a registered E verified company Starting salary between $ 60,000 with regular increments Free classroom skill enhancement program Relocation allowance Referral bonus On the job support from experienced professionals in the relative field Travel allowance Insurance- Medical, dental, vision and 401K Health Benefits through Carefirst BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield) Company paid Life Insurance Please respond with your resume.
