🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage luxury residential listings across prime communities (Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate, Emaar Beachfront, Meydan, Arabian Ranches, etc.).
• Deliver high-touch viewings and luxury advisory to high-net-worth (HNW) European and international clients.
• Collaborate with our media team to create property tours and targeted social content aimed at international investors.
• Work alongside in-house conveyancing to ensure smooth, fast transaction completions.

📋 Candidate Requirements

• Dubai Secondary Track Record: Active residential sales experience in Dubai with a verifiable record of closed secondary transactions.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English paired with one or more European languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Scandinavian, etc.).
• Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of prime master developments, luxury villa pricing, and Dubai transfer procedures.
• High-Ticket Execution: Executive presence, polished negotiation capabilities, and a client-first advisory mindset.
