Job Summary:

Join a collaborative, patient-centered team dedicated to advancing women's pelvic health. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Urogynecologist to provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of pelvic floor disorders, including conditions affecting the female pelvic organs and the muscles and connective tissues that support them.

Practice Details:

  • Join a growing Urogynecology practice. Team of 7 clinicians.
  • Dedicated support from 2.5 APPs per physician
  • Major procedures will be performed at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and minor procedures at West Health ASC
  • Robust nursing support to enhance clinic efficiency and patient care
  • APP support for Urodynamics
  • Collaborates with multiple specialties within Allina Health system (Colorectal, OB/GYN, PFPT, Urology, etc.)
  • Access to advanced robotic surgery capabilities
  • Excellian, our EMR, is a software product from Epic and is considered one of the most comprehensive systems in the nation.

Job Description:

  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to offer innovative medical and surgical solutions that improve health, function, and quality of life.
  • Provides surgical expertise that could include vaginal, laparoscopic and robotic-assisted approaches to the management of urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, fecal incontinence and other conditions affecting the pelvic floor.
  • System-wide referral source spanning the twin cities and outlying areas. Direct referrals from active group of 12 ob/gyns who share office space.
  • Access to in office procedures including cystoscopy, urodynamics and botox.
  • Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
  • Excellian, our EMR, is a software product from Epic and is considered one of the most comprehensive systems in the nation.
  • Occasional call coverage

Required Qualifications

  • Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine

  • Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited Residency training program in Obstetrics and Gynecology

  • Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Fellowship training program in Urogynecology


Licenses/Certifications

  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified with ABMS or AOA in Urogynecology required
  • Accredited Residency training program in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
  • Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)

  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)

  • Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable

  • BLS - Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below:
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
  • Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)

Pay Range

Pay Range: $431,900 to $451,700 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
