The Staff Pad has partnered with a large, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health system to recruit a Urologist for a well-established specialty practice serving a broad regional population in Southern, IL.

Schedule: Full-Time | Employed Urology Position
Practice : Primarily Outpatient, with Inpatient Coverage
Position Highlights
- Strong clinical and surgical support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units
- State-of-the-art facilities and technology with integrated Epic EMR
- Opportunities for leadership, teaching and clinical research
- Priority OR block time for the Urologic Department, with access to:
- da Vinci 5 robotic platform &
- da Vinci Xi for cross-system support
- Potential PSLF eligibility for qualified physicians
- J-1 Visa sponsorship available
Practice & Facility Highlights:
- Collaborative, physician-led culture focused on quality and patient-centered care
- 47-bed hospital with 10 room Emergency Department (no trauma designation)
- 5 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy room available
- 1 Urology room with a Uroview table
- On-site CRNA anesthesia team
- Clinic volume: Expect to see 18-22 patients per day in a fully staffed outpatient setting
- Shared call coverage with dedicated locums taking first call responsibility
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
- Experienced physicians and new graduates welcome
What You Can Expect
Compensation & Incentives
- Base compensation: $700,000 year-one income guarantee + 100,000 sign-on Bonus
- Upto $15000 relocation assistance
- 5%+ annual quality bonus based on mutually agreed-upon department goals
- Additional Earning Potential through APP Supervision
