Position Overview: Copley Hospital is looking for a compassionate and skilled Urologist to provide urological services in a rural community setting. Copley Hospital has a variety of shifts available across Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem needs. Please consider applying to discuss how your availability may align. Compensation: $144-153/hour. The posted salary range reflects compensation for candidates with limited experience. An offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. An offer of employment may be outside of the posted range based on those factors. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system. Perform a variety of office-based and surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques. Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated patient care. Provide inpatient consultations. Support quality improvement efforts and engage in hospital initiatives. Contribute to patient and staff education on urologic health. Qualifications MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Urology residency. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology. Active Vermont medical license or eligibility to obtain one. Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills. Passion for rural medicine and community health.
