Seeking a Urology Physician to join a well-equipped practice offering surgical autonomy and advanced robotic technology.
Responsibilities: Perform 15–20 clinic visits and 4–7 surgical cases per OR day in a modern, integrated clinic and OR setting within a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center.
Provide inpatient and outpatient care with support from nurses, MAs, and APPs.
Manage a flexible schedule of 4–5 clinic or OR days, ensuring efficient workflow.
Qualifications & Skills: Board-eligible or certified in Urology; strong surgical and clinical skills.
Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
Compensation & Benefits: Base salary of $599,000–$750,000 plus a potential $100,000 bonus.
