Role Overview: The position involves serving as a Robotic Urologist in a leading hospital with a state-of-the-art Surgical Institute featuring five Da Vinci Robots, including the first Da Vinci 5 in Florida.
Key Responsibilities: Lead urology services within a multidisciplinary team comprising medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists, patient navigators, social workers, and support staff. Contribute to patient-centered care in a modern 80,000 sq ft facility with private infusion suites, radiation oncology, and on-site pharmacy. Collaborate with academic partners to enhance clinical trials and academic medicine access.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have expertise in robotic urology surgery, strong collaborative skills, and a commitment to patient care excellence. Experience with advanced surgical technology and multidisciplinary teamwork is preferred.
Key Duties: Perform robotic urological procedures, participate in patient management, and contribute to the clinical and academic growth of the urology center. Engage with a supportive team in a technologically advanced, patient-focused environment.
