Seeking a full-time Urologist to join a well-established, community-based health system in Central Illinois. This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care in a supportive environment with mentorship from experienced urologists. The practice features a turn-key setup with established infrastructure, including a da Vinci robotic system, dedicated anesthesia and perioperative teams, and easy access between settings.
Responsibilities include providing outpatient and inpatient consultations, collaborating within a multi-specialty team, and utilizing system-wide EPIC EMR. The position offers a non-burdensome call schedule and APP support as needed.
Qualifications include MD/DO, with skills suitable for a general urologist.
Compensation & Benefits comprise a competitive salary above the 70th percentile of MGMA, incentives, loan repayment options exceeding $100,000, training stipend, relocation assistance, signing bonus, comprehensive health benefits, malpractice coverage, CME, retirement plan, and paid time off.
