Seeking a Urologist to join a community hospital team, supporting growing patient demand with a busy practice opportunity.
This role offers autonomy to shape your schedule, clinical focus, and long-term practice. You'll be supported by an experienced APP and work within a community-based, financially independent health system that invests in infrastructure, including a new hospital tower and planned da Vinci robot.
Key responsibilities include providing general urology services, with encouragement to develop subspecialty niches like uro-oncology. You will practice alongside one other urologist and a highly experienced PA, with a solo urologist model supported by strong APP assistance.
Additional duties include managing call responsibilities (10 days/month, light weekend call), with options for extra compensation. Teaching medical students is optional, with stipends available. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a two-year guarantee, CME allowance, and bonuses.
Qualifications include MD/DO credentials, and J-1 visa candidates are welcomed with ARC waiver support. This role is ideal for those seeking a balanced lifestyle in a growing community with outdoor recreation, affordable living, and proximity to major cities.
