Job Summary

The responsibilities of a Training Supervisor are outlined but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for implementing and evaluation of training programs and overseeing the development of careers of training specialists in coordination of the Training and Development Manager.
• Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps other training staff to create long-term career plans within an organization.
• Supervise technical and skills training for training specialists.
• Conducts orientation sessions among training specialists on newly developed programs.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active US Nursing License; Mainland License
• At least 2 years of recent hospital/bedside experience
• At least 2 years of training/teaching experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory/team lead experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in Medical/Clinical Summary Writing
• Experience in effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials or certification a plus
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine or rehabilitation useful.
